La Mer’s Skin Centering Analysis™ is our NEW AI skin diagnostic technology grounded in our skin philosophy. This skin analysis captures your image to measure your skin across 3 parameters: tone, sensitivity and structure. It then recommends a skincare regimen to help recenter your skin to a more optimal state.
How long does the AI skin analysis take?
Your personalised skin scan shouldn’t take more than a few minutes. The analysis requires taking one selfie and answering a few questions before receiving your results.
Do I have to download an app to use the tool?
No, you do not need to download an app to receive your skincare analysis and skincare routine recommendations. You can access the tool from the La Mer website—with your mobile phone. If you’re accessing from desktop, please scan the QR code with your mobile device to access the tool.
Can I take a photo for my analysis while wearing makeup?
To generate an accurate analysis for your diagnosis, we recommend you have little to no makeup on when capturing your photo to provide you with the best recommended product skincare regimen.

Are my results saved?
No, your results are not saved. However, if you choose to order any of the products from your Skin Centering Analysis™ results, they will appear in your Order History on the La Mer website.
Is my picture stored?
We only briefly store your selfie as you complete the analysis process. Once the photo is processed and the results are returned, your selfie is deleted.
