HOW TO SHOP ONLINE

Welcome to La Mer Online. Shopping is easy, convenient and secure.

Step One:
Find the product you wish to purchase.

Step Two:
Click on "Add to Bag" to place the product in your shopping bag.

Step Three:
Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the quantity of any products you wish to purchase, up to a maximum of 6 of any single item. Read more information on our Maximum Purchase Policy.

After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. An email confirming receipt of your order will arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us by email or call 0808 281 0225 for assistance. See opening hours here. For fastest service, please have your order number available.

Using the shopping bag

Click on "Shopping Bag" on the upper right side of the screen to display a list of items you selected to purchase, the selected quantities of each item, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.

Removing items from your shopping bag

If you wish to delete an item from your Shopping Bag, simply go to "Shopping Bag" and select the "Remove" button. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.

 

OFFER CODES

Steps for Redeeming Promotion Codes:

1. Enter your offer code (codes are case sensitive) on the "Checkout" page
2. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear.
When an offer code is accepted, the offer will be displayed in the "Order review".

GIFT WRAP SERVICE

Gift wrap service is available at "Checkout".

If you wish to have your La Mer Online order gift-wrapped, simply click on the "Gift-Wrap" option during "Checkout" and follow the simple instructions.

Please note: Multiple items within a gift order will be presented as one gift package.

TAX INFORMATION

All prices indicated for products available via the site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges.

The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the delivery section of the site.

COMPLIMENTARY ENGRAVING

The following products only may be engraved: Crème de la Mer 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 250ml and 500ml, The Moisturising Soft Cream 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 250ml and 500ml, The Moisturising Cool Gel Cream 30ml and 60ml, The Lip Balm, The Eye Concentrate, The Eye Balm Intense, The Perfecting Treatment, The Treatment Lotion, The Sheer Pressed Powder, The Powder and The Luminous Lifting Cushion Foundation. Only one engraving per item is possible, character limits dependent on item chosen displayed at checkout. Engraving on Crème de la Mer, The Moisturising Soft Cream and The Moisturising Cool Gel Cream require a metallic infill that you can see displayed at checkout preview stage, this is not optional. Only characters A-Z, 1-10 or full stops may be used for engraving. The engraving service is complimentary. Payment for engraved products must be made prior to the commencement of the engraving. Orders for engraved products cannot be cancelled or changed once engraving work has started on them. It is your responsibility to supply clear written instructions for your engraving. We will not be responsible for errors caused as a result of unclear or misleading instructions. We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before submitting. Engraved goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Outer cellophane is removed in order to engrave the product, lids remain on products at all times. Orders containing engraved goods will be delivered within 7 - 10 days unless otherwise stated, no fast track delivery options will be available. All personalised items with expletive language will be rejected. All personalised items will be engraved in English. Engraving must be ordered at the time of purchase and cannot be revised after the order is accepted. This service is available on cremedelamer.co.uk only unless otherwise stated for in store seasonal events.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
